Quality is the best merchandising program.
When not stored properly, pecans can lose flavor,
texture and eventually become rancid.
The optimum storage temperature level is 32 – 34
degrees F with 65-72% relative humidity.
Make sure cases are kept off the floor and away from brick
or concrete walls to prevent shelf-life shortening,
moisture absorption.
